Join The Cibolo Center for Conservation for a hands-on sourdough workshop exploring the craft, science, and health benefits of traditional sourdough breadmaking.
Instructor Andrea Bohn will walk participants through fermentation basics and the entire breadmaking process—from mixing ingredients to shaping your dough.
Participants leave with a take-home sourdough kit including tools and a sourdough starter so you can keep baking long after the workshop ends.
